    Fresh Yams in Suzette Grand Marnier Sauce

    2 lb Yams or Sweet Potatoes
    1/2 jar or 6 oz of RiverHouse Creations Suzette Grand Marnier Sauce

    Directions:
    Cook yams until tender, drain and slice – place slices in casserole dish.Pour 1⁄2 jar of RiverHouse Creations Suzette Grand Marnier Sauce over top of yams in casserole dish. 
    Cover with foil and bake at 400o F for 45 minutes.  Remove foil and continue baking, basting frequently with sauce for about 10 minutes.  Makes about 6 servings.

    Tip: Garnish with orange slices and sprigs of mint if desired!
